Role Description:

The Interior Decorator / Space Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Conway, SC. This role is responsible for developing space plans, layouts, and interior concepts that reflect client needs, brand identity, and workplace best practices. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing floor plans, creating CAD or 3D visualizations, selecting furniture and finishes, and coordinating furnishings to achieve cohesive and functional designs. The role involves collaborating with project managers. Qualifications Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning Experience working with Furniture and Furnishings to create cohesive, functional workplace environments. Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD software and 3D visualization programs, and comfort reading architectural plans. Knowing 20/20 Cap a plus. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work on-site in Conway, SC, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting client meetings. Relevant education or training in interior design, architecture, or a related field; professional experience in commercial/workplace design is preferred.
