Responsibilities Assist homeowners/builders/designers/fabricators in selecting natural stone and quartz slab materials (countertops) for their projects. Connect with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess customer's needs to make relevant merchandise/design suggestions. Maintain appearance and organization of products in showroom. Complete quotes, sales transactions, and processing of payments in a timely manner. Stay current on all product knowledge to better communicate features and benefits to help build customer knowledge and confidence in our products. Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team members. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, providing detailed product information, and following up on client satisfaction. Perform additional duties as required or requested. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-motivated with ambition to succeed. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Skilled at making quality decisions and following written and verbal instructions to meet deadlines on tasks and projects. General computer skills required. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey ideas and build rapport with clients. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly. Positive, energetic team player. Education & Experience Requirements Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design is preferred Minimum of 2 years customer service and/or related industry sales experience Previous experience in tile, plumbing, stone, and design are preferred Awareness and interest of the design industry Experience in a showroom environment preferred
