We specialize in designing creative environments for people at work in tenant development and unique office designs for commercial construction. We're seeking a proactive and experienced Interior Design Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion with precision, professionalism, and a passion for great design. We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer with proven experience in commercial interiors, specifically office spaces, medical offices, small retail environments, and light industrial projects. This role is tailored for professionals who thrive in our specialized niche of the interior design industry and are passionate about creating functional, inspiring spaces.
Interior Design Project Manager Opportunity:

Interior Design Project Manager Requirements:
Education:
Four-year degree in the Interior Design or Interior Architecture profession from an accredited university. (Bachelors) NCIDQ certification preferred (or in progress)
Experience:
2-5 Years experience as an Interior Designer Proven portfolio of work in office, medical office, small retail, and light industrial environments Experience managing design projects from concept through completion Familiarity with permitting processes and construction documentation
Technical Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD and ability to create design concepts and continue the development through all design phases. Strong understanding of space planning, FF&E specifications, and finish selections Knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, city codes, and industry standards Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Project Management & Communication:
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets Strong client-facing communication skills with a professional, solutions-oriented approach and dress Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors Ability to lead internal design teams and mentor junior staff
Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented with a passion for functional and aesthetic design Professional demeanor with warmth Extremely strong inter-personal skills and ability to work with others in a team and professional environment. Ability to multi-task with flexibility to change gears quickly. Self-sufficient while maintaining the task at hand in a professional and organized manner.
