Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead innovative design projects and elevate interior spaces to new heights. In this energetic role, you will harness your expertise in interior design principles, technical skills, and project management to create inspiring environments that meet client needs and exceed expectations. Your passion for design, combined with your ability to coordinate complex projects, will drive the success of our diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Duties Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client visions and project goals. Create detailed drawings and presentations using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently while coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Oversee drafting processes, including space planning, lighting design, color schemes based on color theory, and material selections to ensure cohesive aesthetics. Prepare detailed specifications for furnishings, fixtures, lighting sales, renovation materials, and construction details to facilitate seamless project execution. Conduct site visits during renovation or remodeling phases to monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met, and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Develop and review contracts related to interior design scope of work while managing client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service. Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interior design projects across various sectors. Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam (for PDF markup), Adobe Photoshop, 3ds Max (3ds ), Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino), and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of drafting techniques, CAD standards, lighting design principles, color theory, and construction processes. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of contracts law related to interior design services and familiarity with budgeting practices for large-scale projects. Strong communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to clients and collaborating with contractors during remodeling or renovation phases. Nice-to-have skills include experience in lighting sales strategies and a background in interior remodeling or renovation projects.
