This opportunity offers the chance to take a leadership role in the design and delivery of impactful interior architecture projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal for a motivated interior design professional seeking greater project responsibility, client exposure, and involvement across all phases of the design process, from concept development through construction administration. Key Responsibilities Lead or contribute to the development of innovative interior design solutions, integrating sustainable design principles into projects. Coordinate and develop building systems, interior construction details, finishes, and FF&E selections to support overall project objectives. Manage specific technical aspects of assigned projects, including research, evaluation, problem-solving, and implementation of design solutions. Support project managers with budgeting, staffing, scheduling, financial tracking, and project coordination activities. Participate in construction administration, project closeout, consultant coordination, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Approximately 6+ years of professional interior design or architectural experience. Strong proficiency in BIM and 3D modeling software, along with experience producing presentations and construction documentation. Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, interior construction methods, FF&E specification processes, and project delivery best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and team leadership skills, with the ability to guide junior staff and collaborate effectively with clients and consultants.
