This is a client-facing role where your primary responsibility is to guide homeowners through the remodeling and design process while helping them create beautiful, functional spaces. This position is based primarily in our design center showroom with opportunities to meet clients in their homes. If you love working with people, enjoy design, and are confident in the sales process, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients in the showroom and on-site to understand project goals and needs Guide homeowners through the remodeling process from concept to signed contract Assist clients with selections including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, fixtures, and finishes Create and present remodeling concepts and proposals Build strong client relationships and confidently close remodeling projects Maintain organized communication, scheduling, and follow-up throughout the sales process Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless handoff after the sale Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate project documentation Represent DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen professionally at home shows and community events What We're Looking For Proven sales experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented and organized Self-motivated and able to manage multiple active projects Comfortable working directly with homeowners Kitchen & bath design or remodeling experience preferred, but not required Experience with design software such as 2020 Design or Sketch up is a plus Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Work Environment Primarily showroom-based with some in-home client meetings Friendly, team-oriented atmosphere Quality leads and design support provided Opportunity to grow within a respected remodeling company Compensation & Benefits-Part Time Base salary of $10.00/hour + commission potential of 7% Flexible work environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Growth opportunities within the company About DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is a veteran-owned remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and interior remodeling.
