Job Description
Senior Interior Designer We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This position will lead the full interior design process for hospitality projects from concept through installation, working closely with our external architect, project managers, and procurement team. Required Qualifications 3-7 years of commercial or hospitality interior design experience Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit Ability to produce tagged plans, finish schedules, and construction documents Direct experience preparing brand specification packages and submittals for Marriott and/or Hilton properties (required) Experience developing FF&E specifications, finish schedules, and specification books Experience managing the brand approval process from start to finish Ability to travel to project sites for installation oversight Key Responsibilities Lead interior design for hospitality renovation and development projects Prepare construction documents, finish schedules, and FF&E documentation Coordinate with architects, project managers, procurement teams, and vendors Manage Marriott and Hilton brand approvals Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure design intent is achieved
