In this role, you will bring innovative interior concepts to life, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal to create inspiring spaces. You will collaborate closely internally and with clients, and contractors to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet both aesthetic goals and practical requirements. Your expertise in creating construction drawings, design, and design software will be pivotal in transforming ideas into detailed plans and compelling presentations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated interior designer eager to make a meaningful impact through creative design and project management. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client visions, budgets, and project specifications Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as SketchUp, Revit, and AutoCAD. Prepare accurate construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit. Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, and furnishings for the spaces. Manage multiple projects from concept through construction, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards Collaborate with contractors and vendors during renovation and remodeling phases to ensure design integrity is preserved Requirements Proven experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects including renovation and new construction in both Single-family and/or commercial environments. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop). Solid understanding of drafting techniques, CAD standards, lighting design principles, and construction processes Knowledge of contracts management related to interior projects and familiarity with building codes and safety regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members A degree in Interior Design or related field; professional certification is a plus but not required Join us if you're ready to channel your creativity into impactful spaces!
