Type:

full-time B&B Kitchen & Bath Design Studio is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Studio Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and helping a busy design studio run smoothly. As one of the first people our clients, vendors, and partners interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless showroom experience. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day needs of the studio. An interest in interiors and design is preferred. This position will also have the opportunity to support client projects and assist with light design work under the mentorship of our resident designer. What You'll Do Elevate the Showroom Experience Open and maintain the studio throughout the day Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and industry partners Answer phones, respond to general emails, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule client appointments, meetings, vendor visits, and project-related activities Maintain calendars and help keep projects, appointments, and deadlines organized Receive deliveries, samples, and product materials Keep displays, samples, literature, and shared studio spaces organized and presentation-ready Assist with general administrative tasks, documentation, filing, and organization as needed Support Projects from Concept Through Completion Help ensure clients feel informed, welcomed, and well cared for throughout their experience with the studio Gather basic information from prospective clients and assist with preparing them for design appointments Assist clients with samples, finishes, cabinetry, hardware, and other material details. Coordinate appointments, sample selections, project documentation, and client updates. Previous kitchen and bath design experience is not required. Fluency in Microsoft Office Applications is required.
