The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of home improvement and design, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also be able to build relationships with clients and provide them with an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Manage customer calls and walk-ins to the showroom Respond to phone and internet sales leads Meet with potential clients regarding their projects Take job site measurements Prepare initial cabinetry designs and other material selections Prepare sales proposals and present them to clients Close sales and collect project deposits Meet clients at job sites for follow-up meetings Place and acknowledge orders Contribute to other administrative showroom duties as needed Qualifications Passion for home improvement and design Strong understanding of home improvement and design principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects. Or a demonstrated proficiency in interior design principles and practices, equivalent to a bachelor's degree or certificate in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
