From superior brands of custom cabinetry and tile to top of the line products for fixtures, we will develop a design with the best quality products. To ensure the highest quality work, we use in-house seasoned professionals to complete all installations.
Essential Functions:
Design/Sales Responsible for qualifying leads and generating sales by taking the prospective client through the DKT sales process Create designs and layouts for various projects to the clients specifications Meet with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and staff in order to address client's needs Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients Create estimates for clients and close the estimate to a signed contract agreement Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Able to juggle the demands of multiple customers and multiple projects at one time Follow company processes and procedures Project a professional appearance and demeanor with clients Prepare and present contract documents to clients Ability to be an effective salesperson Main point of contact with clients through the sales cycle and secondary contact through the installation process Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4-5 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, 20/20 or Chief Architect Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Strong creative and communication skills Demonstrated ability to execute sales Benefits Simple IRA PTO Sick Days Paid Holidays Commission Employer sponsored Life Insurance Optional Aflac benefits
