AM Job Summary:

We are hiring a Bilingual Translator fluent in Haitian Creole and English to support communication within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is fully onsite and will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure clear understanding of policies, procedures, and training.

Responsibilities:

Provide real-time translation between Haitian Creole and English on the production floor Translate company policies, safety guidelines, and training materials Support new hire orientation and ongoing employee training Assist leadership with day-to-day communication and employee relations conversations Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Work Environment:

Industrial/manufacturing setting Fast-paced production floor with frequent interaction with employees and leadership Hands-on role requiring time spent walking and standing in operational areas

Qualifications:

Fluent in Haitian Creole and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment INDIC2
