Job Description

Job Description Butterfly Grove School is a premier independent school dedicated exclusively to the education and empowerment of students on the autism spectrum. The Flex Learning Guide's primary mission is to provide felt safety and communication access for every student they support. The Flex Learning Guide floats across all learning pods, providing critical support wherever it is needed most on any given day. This role pivots fluidly between students, pods, and contexts, and requires someone who can step in with full attunement and readiness. The Flex Learning Guide works alongside students who may use sounds, gestures, body language, or high-tech devices to express themselves. The goal is not to make them speak, but to ensure they are heard, understood, and fully included in the life of the school. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
