This contract position offers approximately 30 hours per week, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:50 am to 2:15 pm, providing you the opportunity to foster connection and inclusion for a young learner throughout their school day.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required; candidates must be fluent and confident communicators. EIPA score of 4.0 or higher strongly preferred; alternatively, candidates with substantial experience as an ASL-fluent paraprofessional are welcome. Prior experience as a Sign Language Interpreter or with 1:1 educational support is highly desirable. Understanding of K-12 classroom environments and a passion for supporting diverse learners. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a commitment to encouraging student growth and engagement.
