Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Proficient in sign language interpretation, with demonstrated expertise working in school settings. Experience supporting pediatric populations, especially with students in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, through Fifth Grade, and Middle School. Ability to facilitate communication between students, staff, and peers in a variety of educational contexts. Strong commitment to confidentiality and understanding of educational privacy standards. Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children achieve their goals. Relevant certification or licensure as required for educational sign language interpreting.
