AI Linguist - Hybrid#26-05424 Mountain View, CA Hybrid Contract Starts 5/26/2026 Ends 1/22/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Linguist for a Hybrid position with a Leading Technology Firm located in Mountain View, CA. This is an 8 month contract opportunity. This role joins a diverse, interdisciplinary team focused on AI quality, evaluation, and annotation. The ideal candidate will contribute expertise to the human judgment and annotation pipeline development that is foundational to our client's AI model improvement. This work positively impacts the user feed experience, personalized content rmendation, and ads relevance.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute on solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotation Leverage Generative AI prompting, human input, and hybrid approaches in the development of scalable and high-quality human judgment workflows Conduct data-driven analysis and provide linguistic insights for project development Be part of working groups that develop high-quality human judgment, annotation, and evaluation pipelines Create documentation and guidelines for standard procedures of internal processes Research new methodologies for process and product improvement Maximize productivity, process efficiency, and quality through streamlined workflows and process standardization

Requirements:

B.S./B.A

Degree in Computational Linguistics, Technologies, Linguistics or a related field 2 years of relevant industry experience 2 years of experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment flows and tools for the training/evaluation of AI models 2 years of experience breaking down linguistic data requirements into concise, clear instructions and designs 1 years of experience programming in Python or any other scripting language Desired skills: MS or Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics, Technologies, Linguistics or a related field Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools and a keen interest in technology Experience with human judgment projects and flows Experience withplex and scalable data annotations and evaluations Experience with programming languages in data annotation space Excellentprehension and writtenmunication skills in English Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills Pay range: $50.27 - $60.27 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
