Qualifications:
3.5+ EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score required. Must be eligible for Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educational Interpreter Certificate. Experience working within school environments, supporting elementary and/or high school students. Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL).
Responsibilities:
Provide interpretation between students, staff, and faculty in a K-12 educational setting. Facilitate clear and effective communication to support students' academic and social growth. Collaborate closely with educators to promote accessible learning for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality at all times.
