Job Description
Category Schools - Sign Language Interpreter Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting student learning and inclusion as a school-based Sign Language Interpreter for the upcoming academic year! This full-time contract position is situated near Lexington Park, MD, and will run from August 10th, 2026, through June 17th, 2027. You'll work closely in a 1:1 capacity with a student, making a crucial difference in their educational experience and access. Your primary focus will be facilitating clear communication between students, educators, and peers, ensuring that classroom instruction and social interactions are accessible and engaging. This is an enriching role for a skilled interpreter who is passionate about supporting deaf and hard-of-hearing learners.
