We partner with hospitals and healthcare systems to deliver accurate, culturally competent language access. Position Overview We are actively seeking Spanish Medical Interpreters for in-person assignments in hospitals and clinics. ⭐ High-demand language - consistent weekly assignments available Responsibilities Provide accurate Spanish ↔ English interpretation in medical settings Facilitate communication between providers and patients Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Follow National CLAS Standards and interpreter ethics Arrive on time and maintain professionalism Complete assignment details (time, mileage, notes) in our scheduling system Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English Medical interpreter training or certification preferred Knowledge of medical terminology Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check (for hospital assignments) Compensation & Benefits $30-$40/hour 2-hour minimum per assignment $0.70/mile reimbursement Flexible schedule - choose your assignments Priority scheduling for top-performing interpreters
