Occupational Health Physician

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency care to patients in a manufacturing plant environment
• Conduct patient assessments and determine appropriate treatment plans and work with plant HR/Labor to ensure safe and efficient RTW
• Perform physicals, RTW, FMLA
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Stay current with licenses, including

BCLS Skills:

• Proficient in emergency medicine procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with medical office operations in a manufacturing plant preferred
• Strong patient assessment skills to quickly diagnose and treat various conditions

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Occ Med or Orthopedics
• Valid medical license in the state of practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
