Are you someone who genuinely loves helping people? Do you get energized by making a real connection, asking the right questions, and guiding someone through a big decision with patience and care? If so, we want to talk to you! Don Brown Chevy is looking for a Bilingual BDC Agent to join our growing internet sales team. You'll be the first voice a customer hears and the person who sets the tone for their entire experience with us.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Respond to internet leads via phone, text, and email Build genuine connections with customers to understand their real needs Set and confirm appointments for the sales team Brief salespeople with customer context so every visit starts strong Keep leads alive and re-engage customers who have gone quiet
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bilingual — English and Spanish required (this is non-negotiable) Strong listener who asks great questions Patient, people-first approach to communication Comfortable with CRM tools, texting, and basic technology No automotive experience required — we will train the right person
COMPENSATION
$17.50 / Hour + Monthly Bonus Incentives
SCHEDULE
Monday•
Friday:
8:00 am•5:00pm (Ocassional Saturday Shift)
LOCATION
Don Brown Chevy — 2244 S. Kingshighway Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63110
