Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Sign Language Interpreter Minimum 3.0 EIPA Score (required) Prior experience in school settings preferred Passion for empowering Deaf/Hard of Hearing students Dedication to confidentiality and maintaining student trust Ability to work full-time onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 sign language interpretation for an elementary student Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning Facilitate clear & effective communication in a classroom environment Adapt to varied instructional styles for optimal student support Observe and report on student progress and engagement
