Job Description

Position Title Translator Required Application Type School Related Personnel Salary/Pay Scale $60 per hour Job Description Ulster BOCES is seeking an experienced, organized, and highly responsive translator for a part-time, 12 month position for the Instructional Services Department in New Paltz. Fingerprinting required.
Hourly Rate:
$60 per hour
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate speech/language and psychological/educational evaluation reports completed by our Native Language Assessment Program from English to Spanish.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
The successful candidate will work closely with our staff to provide translations of a summary and the recommendations portion of psychological/educational and speech/language evaluations completed by our Native Language Assessment Program. Good communication skills, flexibility and ability to complete translations within a few days is a must.
WORK SCHEDULE
As needed from remote location. Work is submitted digitally. Job Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working for school districts, academic institutions, or related industries.
