Kelsey WrightGENERAL DUTIES
Assist department administrators with providing services to schools and accomplishing the work of a department including representing the department in meetings. Serve as a liaison to outside agencies. Serve as an expert resource for District staff and the community. Support the integration of technology into District operations and provide technical assistance to others who use the technology. Assist in the planning for future technology needs of the DistrictREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or its equivalent Proficient oral and written communication skills in English Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications Two years of experience working in an office setting Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices Bilingual English/Spanish required (bilingual is defined as fluency in reading, writing and speaking two languages as determined by District screening tool) Experience implementing systems and training others Experience with customer service Experience working with a variety of technology systems Experience preparing and delivering professional developmentBENEFITS OVERVIEW
