Job Description

Category Schools - Sign Language Interpreter Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting a high school student's academic journey by working as an onsite Sign Language Interpreter for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers a chance to work 1:1 with a student, providing essential interpreting services within regular academic classes. The role is based onsite and requires a commitment of two days per week, ideally Monday and Friday, although there is some flexibility according to team and student needs.
Desired Qualifications:
Current EIPA score of 3.5 or above (required) Experience providing sign language interpretation in educational or academic settings, preferably at the high school level Capacity to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and school staff Strong commitment to student privacy, professionalism, and ethical interpreting protocols PA onboarding status dated within one year from your anticipated start
Key Responsibilities:
