STS is now hiring Per Diem School Support Substitutes to work throughout the Eastern Lancaster County School District.

Eastern Lancaster County School District (District-Wide)
Schedule:
Flexible, as needed
Pay:
Starting at $15.15/hour Position Summary Our per diem subs are assigned to support in our schools as-needed in a variety of settings with most roles in our Special Education classrooms. One of the biggest advantages of working as a day-to-day substitute is the flexibility it offers. You're not required to commit to a full-time schedule - instead, you choose the days and hours that work best for you. Whether you're looking to work every day or just a few times a month, this role allows you to tailor your schedule around your personal needs and availability. It's an ideal option for those seeking work-life balance, supplemental income, or to gain experience working with children in an educational setting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not required. Ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, flexible, and committed to creating a positive learning environment.
