AI Linguist - Hybrid#26-05219 Mountain View, CA 30% Remote Contract Starts 5/01/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Linguist for a hybrid position with a Major Professional Network located in Mountain View, CA. This is an 8 month contract opportunity. This role is with the world's largest professional network, built to help members achieve more in their careers. We are seeking an AI Linguist to join a diverse and interdisciplinary team to focus on AI quality, evaluation, and annotation. The ideal candidate will contribute their expertise to the annotation and human judgment pipeline development that is foundational to thepany's AI model development and improvement.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute on solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotation Leverage Generative AI prompting, human input, and hybrid approaches in the development of scalable and high-quality human judgment workflows Conduct data-driven analysis and provide linguistic insights for project development Be part of working groups that develop high-quality human judgment, annotation, and evaluation pipelines Create documentation and guidelines for standard procedures of internal processes Research new methodologies for process and product improvement Maximize productivity, process efficiency and quality through streamlined workflows, process standardization, and documentation

Requirements:

B.S./B.A

Degree in Computational Linguistics, Technologies, Linguistics or a related field 2 years of relevant industry experience 2 years of experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment flows and tools for the training/evaluation of AI models 2 years of experience breaking down linguistic data requirements into concise, clear instructions and designs 1 years of experience programming in Python or any other scripting language Desired skills: MS or Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics, Technologies, Linguistics or a related field Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools and a keen interest in technology Experience with human judgment projects and flows Experience withplex and scalable data annotations and evaluations Experience with programming languages in the data annotation space Excellentprehension and writtenmunication skills in English Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
