Job Summary:

We are looking for multilingual candidates to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. This is a remote opportunity open to individuals who are fluent in one of the required languages and available to work during U.S. time zones (PST). No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email in the assigned language Provide accurate information and support to customers Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner Maintain clear and accurate records of interactions Follow company processes and service standards

Job Requirements Job Requirements:

Fluency in one of the listed languages (spoken ) Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely Availability to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and complete training

Training Details:

Full-time training (Monday to Friday)

Duration:

3 weeks Paid upon successful completion
