Job Description

Sign Language Interpreter position for a 36‑week contract in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, offering up to $55 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret sign language in a school setting during daytime hours Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students' communication needs Ensure accurate and respectful interpretation for all assigned sessions Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and ethical standards Assist in emergency or special situations requiring sign language support
Qualifications:
Valid sign language interpreter license Resume and license documentation One year of experience in sign language interpretation Experience working in a school environment Good communication skills Background check required Local contract position Day shift
