Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an ASL Interpreter for the 2026-2027 school year in the Pulaski, TN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. Why Join Us Competitive pay ($32-38/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals What You'll Do Interpret district meetings, parent teacher conferences and other meetings or events that require an interpreter Provide interpretation for students during instruction What We're Looking For Hold an EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score of 3.0 or higher, RID certification, OR NAD Level III certification Experience in school-based settings preferred About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
