2 Working environment: One-on-one interpreting with high school students

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score of 3.5 Proven experience as a Sign Language Interpreter in educational settings Ability to provide precise and receptive interpretation to support students' learning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability to various classroom and school environments

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality one-on-one sign language interpretation services for high school students Facilitate effective communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and their teachers, peers, and school staff Assist students in accessing the educational curriculum and participating fully in school activities Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while supporting student needs Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure meaningful communication access
