The Life Center seeks a compassionate and dedicated Client Advocate to educate clients about pregnancy options, provide emotional and practical support, and advocate on their behalf. This role operates under the guidance of the Client Service Director and Client Service Manager, requiring a strong commitment to the organizations pro-life mission and values. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills while offering crisis intervention, pregnancy support, and material assistance in a confidential manner. Key responsibilities include administering pregnancy tests, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating referrals as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EKYROS, and Google tools is required, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to positively impact individuals and families in need. Candidates must demonstrate an active Christian faith, a strong alignment with The Life Centers mission, and a steadfast commitment to pro-life and purity values. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and prepared to complete all required training, including Advocate Orientation and Texas Pregnancy Care Network courses. The role requires staying informed on effective counseling methods, safety protocols, and available community resources, while actively participating in quality assurance initiatives and public relations efforts.
