Community Ambassador

Job Description
Become a part of our Racial Equity and Inclusion team! As a bi-lingual multi-lingual Community Ambassador, you will help CVOEO's neighbors overcome language and cultural barriers, while building trust and communication with New American community members. The Community Ambassador will primarily provide translation and interpretation services. Under general supervision, the Community Ambassador will translate documents and other materials from one language to another; andor interpret spoken passages from one language to another during training, teleconferences, andor meetings. In addition, when needed, you will provide outreach as well as lead special projects within the language andor cultural communities in-person or remotely.
The Community Ambassador is an on-call position. We are hiring for multiple Community Ambassador positions:
