Exterior Services Technician — Blue's Home Services Overview Join Blue's Home Services as an Exterior Services Technician, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing and maintaining the appearance of commercial and residential properties. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing specialized equipment and techniques to deliver top-quality exterior cleaning, paver restoration, and permanent LED lighting installations. Duties Perform exterior cleaning tasks on building facades, windows, walls, and other surfaces using appropriate methods and tools Clean, re-sand, and seal paver patios, driveways, and walkways to restore and protect hardscape surfaces Install permanent LED lighting systems along rooflines, soffits, and architectural features, including mounting tracks, running wiring, and programming controls Operate specialized equipment such as pressure washers, surface cleaners, Waterfed systems, ladders, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, Waterfed systems, or lifts to access high or hard-to-reach areas Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions and quality sealants to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety standards Conduct routine inspections of work areas to ensure quality standards are met and identify any maintenance needs Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, equipment usage, and safety checks Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold safety protocols at all times Experience Prior experience in exterior cleaning, hardscape work, or low-voltage lighting installation preferred Hands-on experience operating equipment such as pressure washers, squeegees, water-fed systems, or scissor lifts is highly desirable Familiarity with paver sealing products, joint sand application, or permanent roofline lighting systems (such as Trimlight, Jellyfish, or similar) is a plus Comfort working at heights and on ladders for lighting installation Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and environmentally safe practices is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Grow With Us Blue's Home Services is a growing company, and we're looking for dedicated people who want to grow with us.
