Part-Time with potential for Full-Time Hiring Immediately Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is hiring an experienced Permanent LED Roofline Lighting Installer to join our team immediately. We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious professional with at least 1 year of permanent roofline lighting installation experience . This is a part-time position with strong potential for full-time employment. Responsibilities Install permanent LED roofline lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. Measure, cut, mount, and secure lighting tracks and wiring. Safely operate ladders, hand tools, and power tools. Maintain clean, professional installations and safe job sites. Requirements Minimum 1 year of permanent LED roofline lighting installation experience (required). Ability to safely handle, position, secure, and climb extension ladders up to 30 feet in length. Knowledge of proper ladder setup, stabilization, fall protection, and OSHA safety practices. Comfortable working at heights and on various roofline configurations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform outdoor physical work. Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious. Additional Experience (A Plus, Not Required) Low-voltage landscape lighting. Electrical troubleshooting or general construction. Compensation & Benefits $24
