In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the bicycle market, industry trends, and technical expertise to drive service order completion, product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Provide expert and efficient technical skills into customer service orders, repairs, industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to curate the absolute top level repair and bicycle service for the competitive West Hollywood, Los Angeles market. Collaborate with tour guides, event promotors and West Hollywood city officials and to integrate cutting-edge bicycle community outreach programs into our business model. Support merchandising, marketing, and store presentation with crafty design ideas, IG posts, and repair video content for the marketing team and shop manager Assist in delivering top level product across the regional and national market with top notch shipping and recieving skills. Stay informed about advancements in cycling technology, trends, regional trade and craft shows. Requirements Proven experience in the bicycle industry or related fields such as high end technology repairs or product management within a hardware environment. Top level problem solving skills to ensure workflow production is maximized for both profit and customer demand. Proficiency in truing wheels, major overhauls, client communication, suspension overhauls, electronic shifting, e-bikes, and top shelf drivetrain componentry. Extremely fast and efficient presentation skills when pitching solutions to guests and team mates, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability in POS and inventory shipping and recieving systems.
