The ideal candidate will assist with the installation and setup of live sound systems and lighting equipment, ensuring smooth technical operations during performances. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes in a dynamic entertainment environment, contributing to successful event execution. Responsibilities Assist with the installation, setup, and breakdown of live sound systems and lighting equipment. Support technical teams in preparing stage areas for performances, ensuring all equipment is correctly positioned and secured. Help troubleshoot technical issues related to sound and lighting during events, under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, handling equipment safely and responsibly. Collaborate with stage crew and technical staff to ensure timely preparation for each event. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines related to electrical setups and equipment handling. Qualifications Prior experience in live sound, lighting, or stage production is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn technical procedures related to sound system and lighting installation. Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
