Legacy Property Services is hiring motivated individuals to join our commercial holiday-lighting crews for the 2026 season. Professional holiday-lighting experience is not required. We are looking for people who show up, work hard, learn quickly and take pride in doing good work. This is physical outdoor work. If you are dependable, comfortable working with your hands and willing to learn, we will teach you our installation methods. What You'll Do Assist with commercial holiday-lighting installations Wrap trees and landscape features with lighting Run and organize extension cords Stage materials for experienced installers and lift operators Set up and move ladders Load and unload trucks and trailers Organize lights and materials Test completed lighting Identify non-working lights and connections Maintain clean jobsites Assist with installation setup and cleanup Learn proper commercial installation techniques Participate in post-season holiday-lighting takedown What We're Looking For Reliability above everything else Strong work ethic Willingness to learn Able to follow instructions Comfortable working outdoors in Colorado fall and winter conditions Comfortable using ladders Able to lift and carry equipment and materials Able to perform repetitive physical work Works well with a crew Shows up on time and ready to work Construction, landscaping or other hands-on experience is helpful but not required Compensation & Advancement Starting pay is $22.50/hour. We believe strong performance should be rewarded. New installers will have an opportunity for an early-season performance review during approximately the first two weeks. Installers who demonstrate strong productivity, reliability, quality and initiative may be eligible for an increase into the $24-$25/hour range and additional responsibility. Exceptional seasonal installers may also be considered for future property-maintenance or project work as opportunities become available. Season & Schedule Installation is expected to begin approximately October 5, 2026, with commercial installations continuing through the week before Thanksgiving. Work is primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with occasional weekend work due to weather, deadlines or schedule recovery. Post-season holiday-lighting takedown work will also be available after the holidays. Crews stage from Watkins, Colorado, and travel throughout the Denver metro and Front Range.
