Lighting Maintenance Technician Compensation:

Working Environment:

Electricians in the field must possess high physical stamina, strength, and agility, typically requiring the ability for overhead lifting, up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Daily tasks involve bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling for extended periods while utilizing fine motor skills for wiring.

Key physical requirements include:

Strength & Stamina - Frequently lifting, pulling and pushing materials (conduit cable) up to 50 lbs. Manual Dexterity - Excellent hand-eye coordination for delicate wiring, handling small objects, and using hand tools. Mobility & Balance - Climbing ladders, scaffolding, and poles, along with crawling in tight spaces like crawlspaces or attics. Visual Acuity & Color Vision - Ability to distinguish color-coded wires (critical for safety and perform close-up work. Endurance - standing or kneeling for long durations and working varied, often uncomfortable, weather conditions.

Our employees drive fully-stocked service vehicles. In addition to our service vehicles, we have fully stocked bucket trucks with the capability of reaching up to 100 ft. working height. We also have 24-hour on-call service as well as tablets with cellular connection.
