Full Job Description Pay:

$18•20/hr starting pay + 10% of all sales

Earnings:

$800•1,200+ weekly (based on performance & sales incentives)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (some Saturdays as needed)

Southwest FL (Lee, Collier, Charlotte Counties) Experience This Job is

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair outdoor lighting systems Work from plans to deliver clean, high-quality results Communicate with team members and customers Solve problems in the field and take initiative Use a smartphone app to track and report work

Proactive, self-motivated attitude Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools Reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented Ability to handle physical outdoor work Availability Monday-Friday, 8-5 (some Saturdays)
