Job Overview:
We're seeking a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused TV Wall Mounting & Home Theater Installer to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of flat-screen TVs, surround sound systems, projectors, home theaters, and related A/V equipment in residential and light commercial settings.Key Responsibilities:
Professionally mount TVs on a variety of surfaces including drywall, brick, concrete, and above fireplaces Install and configure home theater systems, soundbars, surround speakers, projectors, and screens Conceal wiring and ensure clean, secure cable management Calibrate A/V systems for optimal performance Educate customers on system usage and basic troubleshooting Maintain a clean worksite and provide excellent customer service Document jobs and maintain inventory of tools and equipmentQualifications:
Required:
1+ years of experience in TV mounting or A/V installation Strong knowledge of A/V equipment, wiring, and mounting hardware Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Comfortable working on ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working in homes/businesses Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred:
Experience with smart home integrations (e.g., Sonos, Control4, Google Home, etc.) Basic carpentry, electrical, or networking skills Certifications such as CEDIA, CTS, or OSHA safety trainingPerks & Benefits:
