Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and versatile lighting professional for installing and maintaining lighting systems across all three of our service lines. The ideal candidate has significant field experience, is confident on ladders and rooftops, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Install low-voltage landscape lighting systems, including transformer setup, wire routing, and fixture placement Install permanent roofline lighting systems (RGB/Smart Lighting), ensuring clean, precise mounting and connections Support seasonal holiday lighting installations, including roofline and architectural displays Troubleshoot system issues and complete service calls across all lighting types Ensure jobsite safety, professionalism, and a high level of customer satisfaction Potential to lead install crews as needed during peak seasons
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in outdoor/low-voltage lighting or related field work Proficient with low-voltage fixtures, connections, and wire burial Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and rooftops Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver clean, code-compliant work Strong work ethic and jobsite skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred (but not required): Strong preference for 1-3 years or more of professional experience in outdoor/low-voltage lighting Experience with RGB lighting, smart controllers, or automation systems Familiarity with general construction, landscape design, or irrigation helpful
