Responsibilities Professionally install permanent lighting systems (roofline, landscaping, gables, soffits) using ladders, lifts, and tools Build customer relationships—make friends Deliver a 5-star customer experience every single time — friendly, professional, respectful Troubleshoot and fix lighting issues when they arise Take ownership of job sites: load/unload equipment, keep work areas clean and safe Help grow the business — generate referrals, mentor newer team members, etc Day to day

• Working outdoors daily
• Setting up and climbing ladders
• Running and mounting lighting systems along rooflines and underground
• Problem-solving on-site (this is big!)
• Talking with customers and making sure they have an outstanding experience What we're looking for We care about WHO you are, not what you can already do.

Capable of lifting 75+ lbs and working on your feet all day Prior experience in trades, roofing, or electrical is a plus (but NOT required) Strong communication skills (you'll interact with a lot of customers) Positive attitude and strong work ethic A desire to join an unbeatable team Compensation $100
