No prior experience is required; however, experience installing holiday lighting, landscape lighting, or decorative displays is preferred. Must be physically able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds. Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be comfortable working at heights and using extension ladders and other equipment necessary to perform rooftop and elevated installations. Must be able to safely follow instructions, work independently and as part of a team, and maintain a professional appearance when interacting with customers. Must be willing to travel daily to various residential and commercial worksites throughout Central Florida. Daily transportation to and from the worksite will be provided by the employer. Job Responsibilities Installation Technicians perform the seasonal installation, maintenance, repair, removal, and storage preparation of temporary holiday lighting and decorative displays for residential, commercial, municipal, and retail properties throughout Central Florida.

Primary duties include:

Install and remove seasonal holiday lighting, wreaths, garlands, bows, and other decorative displays. Install lighting on rooftops, trees, shrubs, fences, and other exterior structures using ladders and appropriate safety equipment. Load, unload, organize, and transport lighting materials, decorations, tools, and equipment. Inspect lighting products and troubleshoot or replace defective bulbs, wiring, clips, and other components as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures. Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, packaging, labeling, and storage of lighting products between installations and removals. Perform other related installation duties necessary to complete seasonal projects efficiently and safely. Work at multiple customer locations throughout Central Florida with transportation provided by the employer from the primary worksite.
