Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Christmas Light Installer and bring festive cheer to communities! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting displays with precision and safety. Your technical skills and mechanical knowledge will ensure each display is installed flawlessly, creating joyful holiday experiences for clients. This position offers an engaging work environment where your attention to detail and enthusiasm will shine brightly throughout the holiday season. Responsibilities Safely install holiday lighting displays on residential and commercial properties using ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans to ensure accurate setup. Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on lighting systems and supporting equipment to guarantee optimal performance. Remove and store lighting displays after the holiday season, ensuring all materials are handled carefully and stored properly for reuse. Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of heavy equipment when necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Experience interpreting schematics, and reading technical drawings. Mechanical knowledge related to light fixtures, wiring, and supporting hardware. Prior experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks related to electrical or mechanical systems. Technical proficiency in using tools like ohmmeters and interpreting technical documentation. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues.
