What You'll Do Load, transport, and set up AV gear and event décor Install audio, video, pipe & drape, lighting, lounge furniture, scenic elements, and more Follow setup diagrams and timelines to deliver high-quality event installations Strike and load-out post-event with care and efficiency Maintain gear and ensure safe handling of all items Check equipment in/out and inspect for damage or faults Work with warehouse manager to maintain a safe, clean and organized shop (Growth Opportunity) IEG Stage techs work towards becoming Lead Technicians who will manage on-site crew and ensure production quality and safety standards are maintained What We're Looking For 2+ year of AV or event production experience preferred 1 year of AV or event production experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet Comfortable with ladders, tools, and physical labor Flexible schedule: availability on evenings, weekends, and some weekdays Valid driver's license required (bonus if you've driven box trucks) Great attitude, team player, proactive mindset
