Seasonal / Full-Time Reports to: Operations Manager or Holiday Manager Job Summary Rolling Greens, Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking Holiday Crew Associates to produce, install, maintain, and remove holiday décor for commercial and residential clients. This role requires excellent attention to detail, professionalism, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Review daily work orders, designs, materials, equipment, and installation instructions. Pull, inspect, wrap, label, load, install, and remove holiday décor accurately. Install and shape trees, wreaths, bows, lighting, poinsettias, and other seasonal décor. Replace faulty light sets and troubleshoot installation issues. Organize job sites and assign crew members as needed. Ensure décor is installed according to design specifications and company quality standards. Water poinsettias and maintain plants as directed. Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized. Communicate job concerns, incomplete work, and customer requests promptly to management. Complete installation paperwork, timesheets, inventory records, and customer sign-offs accurately. Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and daily mileage reports. Follow safe driving practices, traffic laws, OSHA requirements, and company safety procedures. Assist with material pickups, warehouse organization, plant maintenance, pruning, and other company needs. Work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience with holiday décor, lighting, landscaping, floral work, or installation preferred. Knowledge of lighting, wreaths, trees, bows, plant care, and decorating techniques. Ability to safely operate ladders, lifts, power tools, and other equipment. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Knowledge of the local area and surrounding communities. Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills. Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude. Willingness to participate in required safety and job training. Ability to bend, lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work at heights. Ability to work outdoors and on client properties in varying conditions. Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly lift and carry materials, stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, work at heights, and safely handle tools and equipment.
