This seasonal role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilize specialized equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key contributor, you will ensure safety protocols are followed while creating beautiful holiday experiences that brighten neighborhoods and commercial spaces alike. Se habla español tambien. Duties Install custom holiday lighting displays using ladders, scissor lifts, and rope access techniques for hard-to-reach areas Adhere strictly to safety protocols during outdoor work Work efficiently with a teammate and troubleshoot unexpected challenges Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project details, safety procedures, and post-installation care Remove, organize, and store holiday lighting fixtures efficiently after the season concludes Qualifications Prior experience with rooftop work and safety is strongly preferred (lighting, roofing, gutters, etc.) Strong attention to safety protocols when working at elevated heights or with specialized equipment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high-quality work standards Driver's license required and reliable transportation to our warehouse Join us in creating spectacular holiday displays while ensuring safety and delivering top-tier service!
