We're looking for a skilled and dependable Lighting Technician to join our team, installing and servicing low-voltage lighting systems that transform how our clients' properties look and feel at night.
This role is hands-on:
running wire, wiring and troubleshooting low-voltage connections and transformers, and installing fixtures with precision — all while representing our company professionally on client properties. Duties Install low-voltage landscape and architectural lighting systems, including fixtures, transformers, wiring, and connections Diagnose and repair lighting issues — bad connections, failed transformers, water intrusion, wiring faults Read and follow lighting design plans to place fixtures accurately Use hand tools and power tools for digging, trenching, wire runs, and fixture mounting Perform routine system inspections and maintenance visits for existing clients Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners, HOA contacts, and property managers on-site Qualifications Experience with low-voltage wiring, landscape lighting, irrigation systems, or similar outdoor systems is a plus Mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting electrical connections Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Comfortable working outdoors, including kneeling, digging, and working on ladders Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage time on service routes Professional demeanor for high-end residential and commercial client interactions Prior landscaping, electrical, or construction experience a plus but not required — we train the right candidate
