Seasonal Christmas Lighting Technician Job Overview Christmas Lighting Co. is hiring dependable, hardworking Lighting Technicians for our upcoming holiday season. This is a well-paying seasonal position offering approximately 2½ to 3 months of steady work. Our technicians install professional Christmas lighting on homes and businesses throughout the Raleigh area. Because approximately 99% of the work is performed on roofs, applicants must be comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders. Experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person. Once you learn our installation process, the work is straightforward, enjoyable, and rewarding. Responsibilities Install Christmas lights on roofs, gutters, rooflines and other exterior areas Safely climb ladders and work on residential and commercial roofs Load, unload, carry, and reposition ladders and lighting equipment Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled day Follow all company safety procedures and take care around customers' property Work efficiently as part of a professional installation crew Requirements Must be comfortable working on roofs and at heights Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to and from work Able to safely lift and move ladders and equipment Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors Able to follow directions and work well with a team Available for steady seasonal work lasting approximately 2½ to 3 months Previous roofing, construction, ladder, or outdoor-work experience is a plus but not required What We Provide Good pay Steady work throughout the holiday-lighting season Hands-on training Proper equipment for safe climbing and installation A straightforward job with a locally owned company Potential opportunities to return for future seasons This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of heights, and wants to earn good money during the holiday season.
